Description of internship (duties, hours, population served): *
Intern will serve as a member of the Community Support Team providing community based case management services to a chronically mentally ill adult population. This position involves client engagement in the community, local shelters and in client homes across Kane County. Hours can be somewhat flexible as the CST program as staff in the community 7 days a week throughout the day and evening; however interns would need to be available primarily during business hours for a majority of internship hours and will need to be present for a weekly staffing.

Prerequisites required for intern:
Bachelor degree in human services required
