Please review this entire notice. The field team is continuing to process field applications and will be limiting email correspondence as we are processing applications. If you are emailing inquiring about a field application, please know that we processing applications for a Summer 2024 start and you will be contacted directly for next steps. Applications need to be submitted by the deadline but likely will not be approved by the deadline.
If you have started your internship in the Fall 2023 or Spring 2024 term: Please make use of the Tevera tutorials listed in the Learning Space on Tevera as well as in the MSW Field Resources Moodle page. Please also make sure you have clicked the Tevera link in your Field Instruction Moodle shell. This will allow all of your field documents to populate. If you have concerns or questions about your field placement, your Field Liaison is your first point of contact.
If you are planning to start an internship in the Summer 2024 term:
  1. Tevera applications are being accepted until March 1. They will not be accepted after March 1.  Please make sure you complete steps 1-3. In step 3, you are responsible for the New Field Instructor form, the Projected Dates form, and the Track form.  If you complete these steps, you have met the November 1 deadline to submit your Field application. If your site tasks say "Waiting On" and then your supervisor or myself, you are in good shape. If your site tasks say "In Progress" you need to restart the form and resubmit it to your supervisor.  Here is a Tevera application tutorial to assist with the process.
  2. Your applications will be processed in the coming months. You will be contacted at your AU email when you have been given permission to register for Field Instruction courses or if anything is needed for your application.
