Description of internship (duties, hours, population served): *
Silver Oaks is a free standing behavioral health hospital that offers inpatient, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization levels of care. Duties include working directly with patient and program therapists. Hours are 8-4:30 or 8:30-5, some weekend availability for advanced students. Mostly take MSW level of students, we do accept 5 BSW a year. Currently only have MSW openings for Fall and Spring.
Prerequisites required for intern:
CPR, Covid Vaccine, Flu Vaccine( during season), Hep B vaccinations and TB Test with in last year, copy of DL and health insurance cards
