Description of internship (duties, hours, population served): *
Looking for interns to work in our Senior Services Division as a case manager intern to conduct a variety of assessments; population includes working with Seniors 60+ and adults with disabilities 18-59 (with some of our units); internship requires a valid driver's license and car since interns will work predominately in the field (i.e. within DuPage County hospitals, nursing homes, and conducting home visits); business hours are Monday-Friday, 8-4:30p
Prerequisites required for intern:
background check (traffic and fingerprinting) and immunization shots (for hospital interns only)
