Description of internship (duties, hours, population served): *
Provide crisis intervention to victims of Domestic & Sexual Violence, and Homelessness & Economic Crisis. Work with clients in our shelter, callers on our hotline, and clients who walk in and present for services. Provide Case Management, Individual and Group Counseling, Court and Medical Advocacy. Bachelor's level minimum 20 hours per week; Master's level minimum 24 hours per week.
Prerequisites required for intern:
40-hour Domestic Violence training and 40-hour Sexual Assault training which we will provide free of charge.
