MASTERS OF SOCIAL WORK-ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM
Dept: CARE COORDINATION
Full-Time, Day position
Pay Range: Starting rate - $23.55 with progression into the range for experience
The MSW Advancement Program allows you to obtain the supervision hours needed to apply for your LCSW while being compensated for your experience and contributions to the Blessing Health System.
This program will allow you to gain experience within the entire Behavioral Health service line and get oriented to the following roles: Inpatient Behavioral Health Therapist, Social Worker- ER/Medical Units, Behavioral Health Consultant & Central Intake services -Outpatient Care Coordination, and Therapist- Outpatient Behavioral Health; all under the supervision of an LCSW.
REQUIRED:
o Masters degree in Social Work required.
· Preferred: LSW
· License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
o If MSW, LSW required within first 6 months of hire
o Passing result of LCSW exam required within 36 months; those unable to pass this LCSW exam will need to apply for any other current job posting within the organization.
