The School of Social Work is accredited by ICB to offer advanced training in addictions. The school offers an addictions counseling specialization in both the BSW and MSW programs which meets the requirements for students to become Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselors (CADC) in Illinois. The School of Social Work is also accredited to offer a Post-MSW Addictions Certification program.
