Course Access Info

Students gain access to Moodle course shells the first day of the term.

Students must use WebAdvisor to add or drop courses via valid dates listed on the Academic Calendar. Please contact Student Accounts at 630-844-5470 or student.accts@aurora.edu for the refund policy. 

Online students must read and submit the Syllabus and Academic Policies Agreement to gain access to their online course content by the end of the day Sunday of Week One. Students who fail to do this may be administratively withdrawn from their courses.

Note: AU ITS recommends the use of Firefox. If you use MS Internet Explorer, you may encounter problems downloading files.

    Dear AU Online Students -

    Please ensure that you are reading all COVID19 updates from the University.  In today's announcement you will learn that we are suspending classroom instruction later today.  Please note that this announcement relates only to operations in Aurora, where the vast majority of the university‚Äôs students attend class on the main campus or at the Orchard Center. AU Online classes will continue uninterrupted.
